So far this rare Kombucha gem has only appeared in Jaco at one location that I have seen (Ayni). The flavor was incredible, on the sweeter side (which I must admit I prefer), but not too sweet. Selecting the jasmine flavor was natural for me as I also enjoy many herbal or floral based second fermentation flavors. I hope to find this bottle or another flavor from this company again in the Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. Sometimes the rare kombucha is the most desired.
