ChanguBucha

This special variety of Kombucha I discovered in the Central Valley (Escazu specifically) and have not personally seen it outside of the one restaurant I found it at. It’s a bit of a rare gem, smaller brand I would say. You can find this bottled Kombucha at Mocapan Restaurant in Escazu, and it is also available at other locations including Picnic Deli & Cafe, and Barista Brewpub Cafe. The flavor was subtle and featured the common Costa Rican Hibiscus flavor.
