This delicious, always extra bubbly, kombucha comes on tap on The Green Room cafe in Jaco, as well as The Green Center in the San Jose central valley. I am certain it is available on tap at other locations and will continue to update the availability list as I discover more locations serving it up. The lovely pink color comes from the hibiscus flowers infused with ginger in perfect harmony.
